I can’t believe it, but as of yesterday, it’s been a year since I took over the blogging of TV Chit Chat, and what a year it’s been! Aside from the (dare utter it?) Writers’ Strike and lack of awards shows, there were some definite quotable quotes, *GASP!*
moments, and great new shows actually worth watching. And so, in honor of this season, I thought it only appropriate to recap the year in the form of…*ahem* original parody of a popular song…*CUE PIANO MAN MUSIC*
(Why am I having a Bones moment? Oh right…

Locke knows, but Jack’s better with this.

Now Dean in the car is a friend of mine
And Sammy yeah he’s in there too
They’re quick with the joke

But there’s demons and more than a few
Dean says, “Sam, I believe this is killing me,”
As Bela ran away with the gun
“Well I’m sure that I could get out of this deal
But dude, you for me, that’s not fun.”

Now Bones, she’s a best-selling novelist
Who never has time for a life
She and Booth in therapy, and Sweets doing pottery
And still no Squint wedding in sight
And the “Mc” thing is still on at Seattle Grace
And Dr. House and his cane are alone
Because Wilson and Amber are now a thing
And poor Sloan is now all on his own

Mick and Beth have to deal with the “human thing”
And Josef redecorates with a smile
But they know Coraline and the writers will try
To tease, break them up for a while
And the music brings tears to my little eyes
And the lighting reminds me of noir
And if it doesn’t come back and they stake Mick St. John
As Josef says, CBS “It’s SO ON!”

Whoohoo! I just wanted to say THANKS to all the TV fans who visit TV Chit Chat and all you Orblers who've welcomed me in! You've all made this a great first year, and here's a virtual toast to many more to come!!
