Over the years, I've come to notice that the one Christmas song I hear most often on the "Christmas episode" of any show is "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas". Which, by the way, is probably the reason it's one of my favorites. And so, I thought it only fitting that this week's Song of the Week Saturday be it. Here are just a few of the various versions that can be heard on Bones, Supernatural, House, and of course, The X-files. Enjoy!

As heard on Bones: Season 1: “The Man in the Fallout Shelter”
Tori Amos - Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas (Studio)

As heard on Supernatural: Season 3: “A Very Supernatural Christmas”

As heard on House: Season 3-“Merry Little Christmas”
Ella Fitzgerald - Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas

As heard on The X-files: Season 6: “How The Ghosts Stole Christmas”

Bing Crosby - Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas

Back to work! Bones Spoilers :)

December 27th 2008 05:14
Hey everybody! Hope you all had a great Christmas. I sure did. For the first time in years we actually didn't have a blizzard. Here's a little something for you Bones fans as a late present. Remember all those "one bed" rumors we've been hearing? Well, it seems Kristin over at E! figured out in what context it's going to happen...

*****SPOILER ALERT*****

12/25 - Booth and Bones will go undercover as married couple Buck and Wanda in the circus after Siamese twins show up dead. Since they have to make everything convincing, the pair will share a bed in their trailer. All I can say is when the trailer's a rockin', don't come a knockin'. And trust me, it will be a rockin'! Source: Kristin on E!Online

Ahaha, oh man that's going to be great. I can see them both jumping on the bed already...

Also, for the episode after that:

12/25 - When Booth is trapped on a ship in the middle of the ocean, he is haunted by strange hallucinations. Source: FOX

Hmmmm...I can't wait!

Introducing the TV Chit Chat Forums

December 9th 2008 21:08

I’ve been thinking about this for a really long time, and have finally decided to try it out. That’s right, I’ve created my own forums dedicated to all of my favorite shows. No more running around to half a dozen sites all over the net trying to remember logins and passwords for every different forum. Whoohoo

Okay, this is for all you international X-philes who don't get the pleasure of the 3-disk "Ultimate Phile" edition. The second disk on the US version of the DVD comes with a 3-part documentary of the making of the movie entitled "Trust No One: Can The X-Files Remain a Secret?", and yes, it's awesome and packed with all things X-files. And so, knowing that many of you are not from the US, I decided it was only kind to transcribe it for you.

So, Merry Christmas!! Each part is about 30 minutes long, so it takes me about two hours to transcribe, so I'll be doing it in sections. LOL Here's part one entitled "You Can Go Home Again

Happy X-files Day!

December 2nd 2008 18:00

That's right X-philes, it looks like Christmas came a bit early this year. The X-files: I Want to Believe came out on DVD today, and yes, I did manage to drag myself out of bed much earlier than usual just so I could run down to the store and get it before the bad weather rolled in. With over 3 hours of behind-the-scenes stuff, I guess that means I'll officially be getting nothing done today...[ Click here to read more ]

The Power of Observation

November 29th 2008 22:27

X-philes if you haven't been to the official site in a while, you might want to head on over there to check out the new "Power of Observation" game they have up. Over three rounds you watch clips of I Want to Believe and have to answer questions about props and set decoration. It gets harder as you go, but if you answer enough questions right, you get to unlock some new X-files goodies. Test your powers of observation HERE. Also, check out the cool new X-files eventline they have up HERE!
