Supernatural: Fresh Blood

Sam and Dean capture a female vampire who says she was given some kind of drug to make her hungry. When Dean tells her the “drug” was actually vampire blood, she can’t believe it. They don’t want to, but the brothers have no choice but to kill her. The boys discover another vampire named Dixon (Matthew Humphreys) who’s turning all these blonde girls into his new “family”.
Meanwhile, Gordon has escaped from jail, sneaks up on Bela and reluctantly gives her a centuries old “mojo bag” in exchange for information about where the Winchesters are. When Dean and Sam find this out, Dean tells her the first thing he’s going to do once this is over is kill her. This gets Bela nervous enough to call later on to give them Gordon’s location.
When Gordon shows up, Dixon intervenes and...turns him into the very thing he’s been hunting all these years. That’s right, Gordon is now a vampire. Not good for anyone, including him.
Dean tells Sam to wait in their most recent hideout, and when Sam gets mad and tells him he can’t go after Gordon by himself, Dean insists he’ll be fine. They argue and when Dean keeps turning everything into a joke, Sam’s had enough. He tells Dean that he knows him better than anyone in the whole world, that he’s been looking up to him since he was four. And this is exactly how Dean acts when he’s terrified. Sam finally tells his brother he wishes he would just stop trying to make everything a punch line and be his brother again. This finally gets through to Dean and he agrees to stay with Sam and wait it out. Unfortunately, Gordon has other plans.
Now that he’s a vampire, Gordon kills all Dixon’s “family”, escapes, and decides that he has to kill himself, but only after he does one last good thing for the world: Kill Sam Winchester. He calls up Dean two hours after the boys bought new cell phones so he couldn’t track them, and shows them that he has a hostage. Either they show up, or the girl dies.
Sam and Dean have no choice but to go, and when Dean picks up the girl and steps through the garage doorway, the door slams shut, separating the brothers. Gordon stalks Sam in the dark and *insert great fight scene here* they bust through the wall and when Dean tries to help Sam, Gordon bites him in the neck. He then turns on Sam and Sam ends up decapitating Gordon with wire and his bare hands. Dean’s response: “You just charged the Super Vamped-out Gordon without a weapon? That’s a little reckless, don’t you think?”
Later on, on the side of the road, Dean tries to figure out what’s rattling in The Impala. He then shows Sam the ultimate act of brotherly love: Letting his little brother work on his car. Sam is shocked! Dean barely lets him drive and now he wants him working on The Impala?! Dean tells him that “it’s time.” Besides, that’s his job right? Showing his little brother the ropes? Awwww!
