Song of the Week Saturday: Eternal Flame

This week's song is "Eternal Flame" as sung by Olive Snook (Kristin Chenoweth) in this week's episode of Pushing Daisies. After winning first place in the comfort food challenge, Olive busts into song, overcome by her feelings for Ned. I love how Ned interrupts her and everything goes back to normal, then when he leaves the lights change and she goes back to singing, and then he interrupts again, then it's the singing. LoL Enjoy!

I adore Kristin Chenoweth!! I saw her perform in San Diego and she almost blew the roof of the joint when she hit the high notes. She's really nice too, and doesn't mind saying hello to a bunch of crazed high school students camped out in front of the green room.

Once again Amy, I'm jealous. And I'm sad that they cancelled Pushing Daisies, it was a really unique, cute show. I loved it when Olive would just suddenly bust into song. How much fun would life be if everyone just suddenly busted into a musical and could not only sing, but knew all the choreography? haha

Haha yeah. that's why I love musical theater. Did they cancel Pushing Daisies mid-season? So there are 2 1/2 seasons? SAD. I'm going to have to Netflix that up.

Yeah. I don't know why they keep cancelling shows that people actually watch. It was even up for some Emmys. What's up with that? Hmmm...
