Lost – like it or loathe it?

So I have a question. What do y’all think of Lost? Honestly. Clever as all hell, or the most overhyped piece of bullshit on TV?
We have debates in my house all the time on the subject. Personally, I like Lost. My opinion might be a little skewed because I have a swoony little crush on Josh Holloway, who plays bad boy Sawyer, but I do think it is a revolutionary piece of television, or at least it was when it first started. The flashbacks can get pretty tiresome, not to mention repetitive, and keeping up with the constant overlapping storylines requires a dedication the casual viewer probably couldn’t be bothered maintaining.
I loved the mystery when it first came out. Are there dinosaurs? Are they all dead? Is this some kind of wacky Survivor-esque experiment? Season two got all complicated with the hatch and the ‘button’ the islanders were required to push every 108 minutes, and it certainly lost some of its drive, but then a lot of questions were brought up in relation to the Others too.
Season 3 starts in the US next week, and I will be taking a look, because that finale was quite a doozy and I’m still hopelessly addicted.
But tell me. Has your interest waned in Lost because you aren't getting any answers? Or do you love it just as much as you always did?
