Hmmm...interesting...don't read if you don't want to be spoiled!
What we can learn from these?
1, They're at a "Donor Office" (which if you can remember from earlier spoilerpics, we saw a red organ transplant case in the background)
2. It appears as if "Whitney" (Amanda Peet's character) gets pushed down an elevator shaft!
