House: Ignorance Is Bliss

House treats a genius who would rather be happy than smart, Chase is down since Cameron left him, and hits House to keep everyone else off his back. House can respect this. Taub snaps a picture of House’s bruised face so he can take it come to his wife and take the credit for it.
Jimmy, the patient who tried to kill himself by jumping off a building 12 years ago ends up being sick because his spleen has migrated to 16 areas of his body. He’s been numbing his genius with cough syrup, and now that he’s well again, he wants to go back to it. House tells him to say goodbye to his brain. The man would still rather be happy than smart.
Meanwhile, House calls every Cuddy in the phone book looking for Cuddy’s sister because he plans on breaking her and Lucas up on Thanksgiving. One step ahead of House, Cuddy sends him to the wrong address. She and Lucas have Thanksgiving in peace while the house sitter was told to make Dr. House a turkey sandwich. Lucas comes home to find a drunken House waiting. House confesses his feelings for Cuddy and Lucas breaks up with her. Cuddy goes to Wilson’s apartment demanding to know what it was House told Lucas, and insists that there isn’t and never will be anything between her and House. Pleased with himself, House can’t believe that Lucas fell for his “drunken” confession.
House offers Cuddy two tickets to a petting zoo as a gesture of good will, and when she declines, he tells Wilson that Cuddy and Lucas didn’t break up after all. His reason for knowing? She didn’t take the tickets.
Cuddy goes home to Lucas and tells him that House knows they lied. They both hope that at least now he’ll leave them alone.
House: Put it on Dr.Wilson's tab.
Cashier I don't know who Dr. Wilson is. And we don't have tabs.
House: Do you know who I am?
Cashier: No.
House: Good.

Chase: I've got it under control.
Foreman: That's what you said about the Dibala incident. And obviously you didn't.
Chase: And talking about it obviously made things so much better.

Taub: I trust you had a wonderful Thanksgiving?
Chase: I don't remember. So I guess, I did.

House: Sorry, I can't remember if I mocked you yet for being a male nurse.
Male nurse: I think this counts.
House: Fair enough.

House: That was the old me. New me is static-guard and friction free.

Thirteen: Are you sure you want us to take out his spleen?
House: Is that what a splenectomy is? I thought it was an ice cream freeze.

Cuddy: So which of us slipped into an alternate dimension?

Thirteen: What’s with the ties?
House: Makes me look adorably non-threatening.

House: Sorry to inconvenience you. Dying patients can be so thoughtless.

Cuddy: I've had enough House. I actually felt bad about scamming you. But then you lived down to my expectations and then some. There is no us. There never will be.
