Grey's Anatomy- 17 Seconds

I honestly don’t know what to think of Izzie right now. I understand that she was acting out of desperation and love (and damn she and Jeffrey Dean Morgan rocked that scene) but I DO NOT like what she just did. Not one bit.
In case you need a brief recap of the episode - a heart became available for Denny and Burke went to retrieve it, taking Alex instead of Cristina, which pissed Cristina off. There was a shooting and the ER was overflowed with gunshot victims, keeping everybody busy. Meredith and McDreamy’s dog has bone cancer and is going to die, and Addison finally cracked when McDreamy did a crappy job of hiding his not-so-secret feelings for Meredith (which is you know, nothing really new). Retrieving the heart for Denny became a lot more complicated than originally thought, so Izzie decided to go to some extreme measures to up his chances of getting it. Namely, stopping his heart altogether.
Yeah. That's going to end well.
While I occasionally do enjoy the relationship between Meredith and Derek, it doesn’t really do much for me beyond aesthetics these days, so I felt more sorry for Addison than anyone else in that little love triangle. I’m also kind of vacillating over my feelings for Izzie, though I do think she and Denny have a terrifically tragic storyline going on. I do not like Callie at all, and think she is a useless addition to the cast (beyond giving George a little loving, of course), and I don't know how I feel about her sticking around next year. But everyone else, everyone else is love. They can do whatever the hell they want as long as they stay on my screen.
Anyhow, the ad for next week looks pretty darn amazing. Drama drama drama.
Oh and they played Snow Patrol during the final montage. I love me some Snow Patrol. I thought that was worthy of mention.

I don't know how this has happened but I've been sucked in by this show.
I can't stand the Meredith character...she reminds me too much of Silly Macbeal... neurotic, supposed professional, focused on the wrong and unattainable man, cliched quirkiness, obligatory sassy friends, far too skinny and pouty.
Would you really want this person representing/healing you??
BUT ah suh-wear, ah do lurve Christina and George and Burke...they better not kill him off... as for Addison, she should have gone off with MacSteamy because um-hum, he was nice. I like Callie's hair.
MacDreamy's getting a bit too MacTragic.

I think I love it because it's so implausible. The stuff they do is just ridilculous. Call me a sucker for a soapy, lol.

Ha that's the reason why I like Prison Break. But, shouldn't a medical show be somewhat believable? I don't know. I'm just not a med show fan. Can't stand them. They always just seem to turn into huge soap operas.
