Jack hires an investigator to investigate himself since he’s up for a promotion and the worse the PI can find out is Jack has a massive collection of cookie jars. He warns him to get rid of them immediately if he wants to get ahead in his career. Jenna’s career takes off now that she’s gained weight. But once things start going so well she starts to lose the weight and Jack assigns Kenneth to make sure she keeps eating. Unfortunately, she turns to be the “wrong kind of crazy”, and it’s not food she turns to when Kenneth starts insulting her to get her to eat, it’s Kenneth.
Tracy’s wife gets mad at Liz for not keeping Tracy under control when she leaves the studio, and suddenly decides every decision about her husband will now have to go through her. As she put it to Liz, “I trusted you! You wear glasses!” Liz stands up to her, telling her they were getting nothing done around there with her making all of Tracy’s decisions, and Tracy has to come between them--thus forcing him to be the adult, which he doesn’t like one bit. His wife on the other hand, does, and they immediately make up, forcing Liz to stagger out of the room with a, “Wow, you guys start with that?”
Jack eventually packs up his beloved cookie jar collection, keeping only the one with the upside-down “WoW” on it...He assures Liz his obsession with cookie jars has nothing to do with the fact that his mom wouldn’t let him have any when he was a kid. Kenneth comes in and says he really likes the cookie jar, especially the upside-down wow part, and Jack has a shining-moment of respect for Kenneth. He gives him his last cookie jar.

Liz: You mean businesswoman
Jack: I don’t think that’s a word.
